In the event that we accept and process your order online, the total cost will be debited to your Saddad payment/bank transfer /COD and notifying you by email that the payment has been processed.

Delivery Cost

Delivery of the item will be displayed online on our site or the estimate time will also be displayed at the site. Delivery Information of a third party seller, will be displayed online or on our website. Third Party Sellers shall deliver their product as per there Delivery Terms and Rabt Mart who will monitor the terms

Delivery Timing

Delivery days excludes Fridays which is not a working day and also public holidays. During public holidays delivery information will be notified to you by email/messages separately.

Delivery Delays

If our supply of a product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effects of the delay.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be delivered to you, we will notify you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the product & rearrange the delivery again. Extra charges may apply.

If you do not collect the product from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery, we will contact you for further instructions. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we will cancel your order.

Cash On Delivery Policy

COD order eligibly depends upon the product and it will available at product page or at the time of checkout whether the item is eligible for COD or not.

Cash on delivery shall depend on the total quantity of item, weight & amount of the total order and shall be finalized & notify at the time of checkout whether the amount can be possible for COD method.

An addition amount will be charged, when selected Cash on Delivery as your payment method and it will be from SAR 50 to SAR 100 per COD payment method & depends upon the final product at checkout.

Any refunds related to COD payment, will be refunded through your bank accounts or your online wallet but the shipping charges or any additional charges during the transaction will not be refunded as per policy.

Invoices

Rabt Mart will issue electronic invoices for your purchases and send such invoices to the email address you provided to us & we are not liable to provide for any paper invoice or any such document at the time of delivery until it is required for any verification of the delivery.

We won't refund delivery costs in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Rabt Mart control.

Customers who place an order for any large item such as mentioned on the site will receive a notification/email to confirm the first available delivery window and for such large item, shipping charges can be mentioned/defined after the check out and transaction of the order.

Web site delivery time for large items on the product page is based on the availability at the time of the order being placed and does not guarantee that the same delivery window is available at the time of booking with the call center agent via the phone.

If you place an order online with a combination of light and heavy weight item(s), the products will be delivered to the specified delivery address in different shipments and timings.

Any item or order requires partial shipment, Rabt Mart have the authorization to deliver the shipment partially.

Express Delivery Terms and Conditions

Express delivery option is available for the selected products, which shall be mentioned on the product page in the selected cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam only & can also be limited to some areas of the mentioned cities.

Final date for express delivery will be displayed on product page or at the time of checkout. .

Express delivery fees will be charged separately, in addition to the order's amount and it will be displayed at the checkout page.

In the result of any order for which you have paid an express delivery fee and in case it is not delivered as per the final mentioned date, you can only ask for refund of the express delivery fee but the normal shipping charges will be charges as per the shipping method or payment method selected.

Rabt Mart will not be liable for any other losses or damages, including without limitation any consequential loss or damage (for example, should you purchase the products at a higher price from another retailer) arising out of or in connection with the fact that an express delivery was not delivered or was not delivered on time. This limitation of liability applies in addition to any provision set out in any terms and conditions on Rabt Mart website.

Payment

The website provides the possibility to purchase product(s) and /or service(s) online and to settle payment online, delivery method available in Saudi Arabia. Payment transactions including authorizations and settlements will be in Saudi Riyals.

We accept the following modes of payment:

For payment transactions: bank credit cards / mada cards, debit cards, span, or cash or bank transfer method.

For online payment transactions: SADAD payment system, bank credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), mada cards only for those cards issued by Banks of Saudi Arabia through internet payment gateway service provider.

For online payment transactions, customer will receive on order acknowledgment once the payment has been authorized. We cannot accept any liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit card / mada card supplier for any reason. You should check your bank credit card / mada card supplier for that.

We do not store your credit card / mada card details on the website. All payment details which are entered through the website payment gateway are encrypted when you enter them. Communications to and from the service provider’s site are encrypted.

We cannot provide any of your payment information obtained via the web to other companies or individuals unless required to by law. This information is processed by our payment merchant.

Credit card / mada card details provided by you for benefiting from the online service will be truthful, valid and accurate and you shall use the credit card which is lawfully owned by you. The said information will not be utilized and shared by the online service with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. The online service will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.

In the event that we are unable to supply the full or portion of the order, we will inform you accordingly. A full or portion refund will be given -through credit card / mada card- where you have already been charged for.

Cancellation by the Company:

 we reserve the right to cancel the order due to any of the following reason:

1. Payment rejection.
2. Customer delayed for more than 12 hours to settle the payment for his bill reference number by SADAD.
3. Wrong delivery address given by customer or wrong contact details or due to customer is not reachable.

Cancelation by customer

 To process cancelation of an order, please contact us. You can cancel the order due to any of the following reason:

1. We are unable to procure/deliver the product/service(s) in a reasonable time; that is (15) working days from the date we confirmed your order.

Ordered materials are NOT in transit or not yet out for delivery from the vendors/sellers/manufacturer.

Ordered materials/products are in-transit or out for the delivery.

Warranty/Standard/Specification of the Item/Product/Material

Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.

All materials /products /items made available to you through rabtmart.com are provided "as is" and "as available" basis without any guarantee /warranties from rabtmart.com, unless explicitly given in writing to you.

Every product/item has different warranty/standard/specification policy and it will be mentioned/displayed on the product/item page if it has any warranty/standard/specification.

Material/items which requires to meet the certain international or local standard or specification, will be mentioned on the product page. Rabt Mart does not warrant or guarantee any or all specifications, performance displayed along with the materials / products from the sellers.

Construction related products such as cement, building material products etc are not considered under warranty but standard and specification information could be available at the product page.

You must check and read owner manual and seller information on the page or product packing before using the product to make sure it meets all safety and local requirements/standards

Rabt Mart is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of any non-performance of the materials /products /items.

In case of materials/products fail to perform as claimed /mentioned by the manufacturer /vendors/seller standard/specification. The buyer will test the materials with the third party agency, produce the test results to the vendor/manufacturer directly for such claims. All cost and effort for such testing purposes will be borne by the buyer.

Any product which has been used or installed or used to develop something, for example cement used to build houses/wall or any item used to produce further, so in this condition such item shall not fall under any warranty/guarantee or any specification related to it.

Amendments of the Terms and Conditions

Products Sold by Third Parties

The steps to place an order with a third-party seller are the same as placing any other order on rabtmart.com. You add items to your cart, then complete your order through the rabtmart.com checkout process. Payment for your order may be processed immediately, instead of when the order ships. rabtmart.com will disburse your funds to the third-party seller as per agreed terms with them(sellers) without passing along your payment information.

If a third party/seller asks you to send funds directly to them, or send order directly to them bypassing the rabtmart.com checkout process or bypass rabtmart.com contract with the them, so do not place the order with them and immediately contact our vendor team or customer service immediately. Sellers who bypassing Rabt Mart Terms and Conditions and/or all other polices shall be legally liable.

If items from the third-party seller aren't fulfilled by Rabt Mart, your order will be fulfilled directly by the seller who will also handle their customer service.
